ClubMatchBot is a text-based matchmaking service used by tennis and pickleball clubs. Members receive SMS messages from their club to arrange matches, ladders, and open-play events — no app required.
For members
Members are invited by their club manager. When your club adds you to their roster, you'll receive a one-time activation text with a link to set your preferences. By replying to that message or tapping the link, you consent to receive SMS from ClubMatchBot on behalf of your club.
Don't have an activation link yet? Ask your club manager to add your mobile number to the ClubMatchBot roster.
SMS program details & consent
Program: ClubMatchBot member notifications (match invites, ladder pairings, open-play events, score verification).
Message frequency: Varies by club activity — typically 2–10 messages per week.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. ClubMatchBot does not charge for messages; your carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
